Topmotif guarantees all of our merchandise. We have strict quality control guidelines in place to assure you of high production standards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged by the post office. Due to the variance of fabric, methods of application, and other circumstances beyond our control, customers assume all risks related to the use of our products.

Returns will be accepted in the case of defective materials only. All returns must be pre-approved. Email us for return approval.
Claims must received by our office within 10 days of the receipt. 

You may exchange or return merchandise for company credit only. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return items must be received within 20 days of the ship date. Proof of purchase, usually a copy of the original invoice, is required and the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise unless we made an error.
